We have several competitions each season and these are listed on the Activities page. Some general rules and advice:

ENTRIES

DIGITAL - 3 entries (from Comp.No.2 Nov.2011)are allowed each category. Please label as follows:

O-1-05-Title-1

Where
O = Open Subject or S for Set Subject
1 = Competition No. 1 (etc)
05 = Your Competition Number
Title = Title of your entry
1 (or 2 or 3) = priority i.e. the originator chooses which entry takes precedence in the event of only one entry allowed by the Competition Secretary (if too many entries).


Also please re-size the image

The following Guidelines are suggested to maximise the projected image pixels using the 1280 x 720 Projector

Aspect Ratio 3 : 2 (default on many SLR Cameras) - resize to 1080 x 720

Aspect Ratio 4 : 3 (default on many Compact Cameras) - resize to 960 x 720

Aspect Ratio 16 : 9 (Widescreen Option on many SLR & Compact Cameras) - resize to 1280 x 720

PRINTS - 3 entries (from Comp.No.2 Nov.2011)are allowed each category. Please label as follows:

Your Competition Number

Category i.e. 'Name of Set Subject' or 'Open'

Title

New for 2011/2012 Season - Please supply a Digital Version (if applicable) of your Print to enable it to be featured on the Website Results page (if it is in the Top Three). The file is to be clearly 'named' as a PRINT entry to avoid confusion with Digital Image Entries.
